Co-Liv is a non-profit organization, ecosystem, and do-tank whose mission is to guide and empower the coliving movement worldwide. We are a community of founders, operators, real estate investors, developers, designers, architects, urban planners and policymakers who are dedicated to making the world a better place through shared living. We define coliving as any shared living space that improves the quality of life for its residents. We believe coliving will address the global housing crisis, transform the real estate landscape, and create new lifestyle paradigms for a more sustainable future.

Cummari is a place for solo female travellers, artists, and digital nomads to find inspiration, although all genders and identities are welcome and are vital to supporting Cummari's vision and existence.

The Co-Liv Tech Community is proud to announce an official partnership with WASHiN, a laundry service provider for the residential real estate sector. Similar to other real estate service providers, WASHiN has recently started working with coliving operators after starting their business with urban apartments, student housing, and occasionally the hospitality sector such as hostel operators.

Why Co-Living Today?
The housing market is in crisis. Increasing prices, demographic changes and property scarcity has created a new generation asking desperately for living solutions beyond home ownership. Add to this a rental model that lacks any kind of service with long term contracts and ever escalating costs and you’re left with a large proportion of the population unable to live in the types of homes and in the kind of locations that would offer them they lifestyle they desire. I’m sure that many of you reading this have experienced this very real situation, if you don’t own your own home, the options available to you are few and far between.
What Is Coliving?
Defining A Global Movement - For many, the word coliving conjures up images of roommates, human interaction, and communal life. In reality, coliving as a concept means many things to many different people, and that’s why we at the Lab want to promote a crowdsourced definition of coliving to bolster our unity as a global movement.
