An official partnership with res:harmonics

Co-Liv are proud to announce an official partnership with coliving technology provider res:harmonics, one of the leading software platforms for the short stay and long stay residential industry. Whilst the global real estate industry has traditionally been slow to adopt new technologies, res:harmonics are determined to help the market evolve by offering an innovative, forward-looking platform to drive an innovative, forward-looking industry.

A unique tech service with a global reach, res:harmonics has doubled the number of units managed year-on-year since 2016 with a customer base across Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Their tech platform was created specifically for the innovative living industry to help the market professionalise, grow, and reach its full potential.

The res:harmonics all-in-one management software enables coliving operators to maximise sales, cut costs, and deliver hotel-style hospitality, and for managers to scale their companies without the usual limitations. For example, res:harmonics worked with Noli Studios to create a one-of-a-kind multi-stay length coliving concept. Noli’s Commercial Manager, Ilkka Kaakinen, says: “with res:harmonics, we’ve done something extraordinary and created a new way of living. Our idea required a lot from the system and res:harmonics not only built the capabilities we needed — wrapping up everything in flexibility — but were enthusiastic about it too.”

Their focus on customer needs sets res:harmonics apart from their competitors, according to res:harmonics Chief Commercial Officer Steve Dow. Alongside the 100+ annual improvements to the platform, Steve notes that every res:harmonics client becomes a consultant to the system, and their feedback and input is used to update the software and provide for operators’ needs, today and tomorrow.

Well-built coliving technology helps operators streamline operations and enhance profitability, but not many coliving companies have the capabilities to create their own impact-heavy, user-friendly platform. Coliving operators should therefore consider outsourcing technology to a provider of fully-customizable software like res:harmonics, so they have the time to focus on delivering exceptional living experiences rather than trying to be both a coliving and technology company.

Underpinning the res:harmonics model is the desire to see the industry grow and change how we live. It’s no surprise they are very bullish on the future of coliving post-pandemic. They recently stated: “Far from being the death knell for the coliving movement, Covid lockdowns have in fact underlined the appeal of community living, accelerated changes in remote working and strengthened demand for flexible living. Coliving has a bright future, and we can’t wait to help coliving operators grow successfully in the years to come.”

By partnering with innovative technology providers like res:harmonics, Co-Liv hopes to spread the word about the coliving tech ecosystem and educate operators about available products.

If you’d like to learn more about res:harmonics or see if their platform is a good fit for your coliving concept, feel free to reach out to Steve Dow at sdow@resharmonics.com.
