A unique tech service with a global reach, res:harmonics has doubled the number of units managed year-on-year since 2016 with a customer base across Europe, North America, South America and Asia. Their tech platform was created specifically for the innovative living industry to help the market professionalise, grow, and reach its full potential.
The res:harmonics all-in-one management software enables coliving operators to maximise sales, cut costs, and deliver hotel-style hospitality, and for managers to scale their companies without the usual limitations. For example, res:harmonics worked with Noli Studios to create a one-of-a-kind multi-stay length coliving concept. Noli’s Commercial Manager, Ilkka Kaakinen, says: “with res:harmonics, we’ve done something extraordinary and created a new way of living.
