How do you currently define yourself and what drives you?

I have over 15 years experience in account management, customer success, sales, user experience, onboarding, marketing/growth, executive assistance, creating enablement training material, SaaS models and KPIs. I’m a metrics-driven enthusiast with a dynamic skill set.

Professionally, I’d like to position as a rockstar business developer, coach for online businesses / “beginner VAs” / remote work task setups. I’ve been offering consulting to local VAs! I’d love to climb the ladder from employee to entrepreneur and share my professional knowledge.

I’ve worked with many startups that have grown into multi-million dollar companies, been there through thick and thin, and driven the organization financially with a positive employee turnover.

Personally, I’d love to become a responsible dad / brother / husband / son and open up a small welfare center as a legacy. Furthermore, I’m passionate about seeking wisdom and helping others. A quick fun fact is that I’ve done bungee jumping, and cliff diving is on my to-do list 😊

What makes you passionate about coliving and why are you actively promoting the coliving scene?

I’m driven to assist the deserving people around me who are struggling in life. If I can become helpful to someone due to my skills/mindset, I find inner peace.

Specifically, what makes me passionate me about coliving, is exploring different cultures and becoming part of a community. I started investing myself in this journey to promote Co-Lov, Co-Share, Co-Celebrate, Co-Happiness, Co-Work, and above all Co-Care. Fighting against loneliness, for a change in life, and collaborating with intellectual mindsets produces positive energy & inspiration.

What’s your personal vision and thoughts on the future of coliving for the year to come?

I’m treating myself as the CEO of my role — not as an employee. I have the desire to start a coliving space in the future, I’m channeling it all into Co-Liv right now. When I do it, it will be because the spirit moves me.

My two cents about the future of coliving is that it will mainly evolve its demographics, due to economic contraction during COVID. It will be a more feasible option to survive and, the big cherry on top, it will empower entrepreneurs to bring their virtual force together under one roof with all the facilities of a coliving space (less management and more productivity).

COVID and social distancing have impacted the coliving scene but, until there are conditions like New Zealand with little cases, countries will get back on track to boost the economy in all sectors.

You recently joined Co-Liv as “Head of Operations” — what opportunities do you want to create for the organization, its members, and the coliving industry?

I bring a strong contribution to multiple aspects of Co-Liv — I handle and increase operational efficiencies through process creation and workflows. I help members become more productive, efficient, fast, and actively delegate the non-creative tasks, which anyone can do, and have them focus only on creative stuff which ONLY they can DO! Furthermore, I create efficient coordination across the team members for faster and smoother results on all levels.

I’d love to brainstorm for the upcoming Co-Liv Summit to increase engagement and digitalize the experience, taking it to the next level.

How did you get into Coliving?

I’ve been coliving in a BIG joint family system ever since I was born. It’s something I’ve experienced on many levels in my life especially when I grew up in a city (Lahore) full of lights and noise. For my further studies, I had to travel to a different city where I encountered a new space: a hostel shared with multiple sweet friends under one umbrella sharing ideas, thoughts, real-life experiences and plans after studies — which kicked off our entrepreneurial journey. On a weekly / monthly basis, I visited my local community center and was surrounded by an incredible community of successful & inspiring individuals.

I also became more interested in the coliving scene when I started traveling more frequently in shareable spaces in the northern areas exploring a series of Himalayas which brought excellent exposure and collaboration both personally and professionally. Living in a remote area vs fully crowded city and getting to know people from the other side of the fence was an awesome experience.

Thank you for being part of this movement! How can people reach out and what can you mostly help them with?

I’ve started to build something great with our director Gui Perdrix — I’m working with people who are great and doing great things. I can help organize every possible piece of a task into a finely tuned structure. I will ensure no task falls through the cracks, no balls are dropped, and every stone is in its place.

Happy to help in any way I can — Just hit me up!
